Refund Return Policy

1. How can I cancel my order?

You cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped. Cancellations are only possible before the tracking details are generated with our delivery partner (this typically happens before the order is shipped).

2. In case of cancellation of my prepaid order, what is your refund policy?

In case of cancellation, we will refund the amount back to the original source within 2 business days.

3. What are the cases where we do not accommodate return or exchange?

Important things to keep in mind while sending back the product for return/exchange:

  • Please ensure correct pieces for return/exchanges are handed over to the delivery executive. We take no liability in case incorrect piece is handed over. Additional reverse and forward shipping charges will be levied for pickup of correct pieces again and shipping back wrong piece.
  • To ensure your Naap garments are not damaged during shipment, please re-use the entire original packaging (including the garment sleeve) for proper care and protection.
  • For few select items returns and exchanges are not applicable. Such items will be marked clearly on the product page.
  • Primary return/Exchange pickup will be done within 3-4 days of triggering the return/exchange request. In case the pickup is cancelled by the customer or failed after 3 attempts, additional charges will be levied as per the logistic partner.
  • For international orders, we do not accommodate return/exchanges.
  • For tailored/customised orders, we do not accept any return or exchange. Only alteration can be provided on a case to case basis, request for which needs to be raised within 7 days of receipt of product.
4. How can I return or exchange my order?

To return or exchange your orders, please make sure you initiate the request within 7 days of delivery.

Please ensure all items returned/exchanged have original tags and are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Avoid makeup or any other marks. Handover correct items to the pickup executive to prevent incorrect returns. Reuse original packaging for shipment protection.

5. How do I cancel an exchange request?

To cancel your exchange request, please email us at naapcloset@gmail.com with your order number and email id or WhatsApp us at +918510857857 with order details.

6. I have received a damaged/defective/wrong product. What should I do?

Please email us at naapcloset@gmail.com or WhatsApp at -- , along with pictures of the damaged/defective items and we will provide you the best resolution.

7. How much time will it take for the return/exchange process?

Exchange: Once the product reaches our warehouse, your exchange order will be dispatched within 3 to 4 business days. Delivery timelines range from 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Return: Once the product is picked up, refunds will be initiated within 1 to 2 business days.

8. How long does it take for a refund to get processed?

In case of a return, we offer the full amount back into your initial payment mode (bank account, credit card, etc.) for prepaid orders. In case of COD orders, you will get a Naap gift card. This will be issued on the same day of your order pickup on your registered email ID in the form of a gift code with a lifetime validity. For Cash On Delivery orders, we don't give bank account/cash refund.

Once the refund request is accepted/approved from our end, it will take 5 to 7 business days to get it reflected in your account from the date the refund is initiated.

9. Can I exchange or return international orders?

We do not accommodate return/exchanges in case of international orders.

10. How do I redeem a gift card?

You can redeem your Gift Card at the checkout page. Here's how:

  1. Proceed to the checkout page after adding your chosen products to the cart. You can locate the cart icon at the top right corner of your screen.
  2. Under the order summary, click on "Have a Gift Card"? Click Here.
  3. Enter the gift card code (without spaces) in the "Gift Card code box" and apply it. Your gift card has a lifetime validity.
11. What if I was not available at the time of order delivery? How can I get the order? How will I get the refund in case of prepaid order?

After 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver your order, the package is returned to our warehouse. The order is then treated as cancelled. If you are still interested, you can immediately drop us an email at naapcloset@gmail.com or WhatsApp at -- and we will re-ship it.

In case you decide to cancel the order, we will email you regarding the same. The refund will be issued as a gift card only, which will be sent to your registered email with lifetime validity. Please note that we will not process the refund back to the source.
