Shipping Delivery
1. What are the delivery charges for my order?
Our shipping policy offers free shipping on orders of ₹1,000 or more. For orders under ₹1,000, a shipping fee of ₹99 applies. Please note that during special sale events, standard shipping charges will apply to all orders, regardless of order value, and these charges will be displayed at checkout.
For Cash On Delivery orders, we charge ₹50 as handling charges (non-refundable).
For international shipping, we charge ₹5000 for orders under ₹13000. For orders above ₹13000, we charge ₹4000. Please write to us at naapcloset@gmail.com or WhatsApp at -- in case of any queries.
2. How can I check if you deliver to my pincode?

3. When will you ship my order?
We process and ship your garment order as soon as it is ready. It typically takes 5-7 working days to ship out the order from our warehouse in Gurugram, India. We will keep you updated in case of any delay.
4. How can I track my order?
You can track your order once it has been shipped from our warehouse.
The tracking details will be shared with you over WhatsApp on your registered contact number.

5. What if I want my order to be delivered ASAP?

6. Do you accept international orders? What are the charges?
We ship outside India (primarily to the US, Singapore, Dubai and Australia). However, shipping to the USA is temporarily on hold due to tariff changes. For international orders, please note:
- For international shipping, we charge ₹5000 for orders under ₹13000. For orders above ₹13000, we charge INR 4000.
- In case there is any import duty, taxes or brokerage fee applicable, it has to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. For US and Australia, the orders usually do not have import duties. For Europe/UK, our shipments are done as per laws and may have import duties/collection fee. In case of any queries, please write to us at naapcloset@gmail.com or WhatsApp at -- .
- Please note: We do not accommodate return/exchanges in case of international orders.
7. Can I ship to multiple addresses at the same time?
Yes, this can be done. You can share your shipping details with us at naapcloset@gmail.com or WhatsApp at -- . Please note the following:
- Make sure that the new address is shared with us before shipping
- The address can be changed even after shipping, but the pin code and state need to be the same
8. What if I was not available at the time of order delivery? How can I get the order? How will I get the refund in case of prepaid order?
After 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver your order, the package is returned to our warehouse. The order is then treated as cancelled. If you are still interested, you can immediately drop us an email at naapcloset@gmail.com or WhatsApp at -- and we will re-ship it.
In case you decide to cancel the order, we will email you regarding the same. The refund will be issued as a gift card only, which will be sent to your registered email with lifetime validity. Please note that we will not process the refund back to the source.
